New 90 Day Plan, tips for getting started

New 90 Day Plan, tips for getting started
Yesterday I shared some tips on how to prepare for your success when waiting for the new 90 Day plan by The Body Coach to arrive. ⠀
Ok, so now you’ve received your plan, what do you do now?
1. Firstly don’t panic! Breathe. Take your time reading the plan. Read it once, read it twice. Make note of anything you’re unsure of & use the live chat feature on The Body Coach website and ask a support hero.⠀
2. Before you start batch cooking a weeks worth of meals, take the opportunity to try a few out at first. I can’t tell you the amount of times someone has batch cooked a weeks meals and didn’t like something.⠀
3. Once you’ve tried some meals, plan your first weeks food (including snacks) & workout schedule. Be realistic about when you can workout. I either workout before my children get up (5am alarm call) or after they go to bed. It’s really important to get your training in, & getting organised from the start will help you progress through the plan.⠀
4. Go ahead & batch cook some dishes either for the freezer or later that week. Having some meals ready will help you when you’re short on time and will save you reaching for something you shouldn’t.⠀
5. This new plan is like no other as it contains a pick and mix list. Don’t be afraid to make up your own recipes as it will help you learn how to put a healthy meal together as this will help you after you’ve graduated, & you ARE going to graduate! ⠀
If you need a little help in this area, then let me help you! I cooked my way through the plan & I’ll be doing the same again! Checkout or The Lean Cook app for my plan friendly recipes.
6. Enlist the support of those closest to you. You’ll be surprised how children especially love joining in on the hiit sessions & try not to isolate yourself when it comes to family mealtimes. There’s so much you an eat as a family!⠀
7. My final top tip is have your first day on the plan as a rest day. This will help you get used to eating the plan way before adding the pressure of exercise.⠀
It’s your time to shine!
