New 90 Day Plan, how to prepare for success!
Since I posted about signing up for the new 90 Day plan by The Body Coach I’ve had lots of comments and messages with questions on how to start and how to prepare, so here is my first post with some tips based on my personal experiences with this being my 3rd bite of the 90 day cherry!
Firstly, well done for taking that first step. Today is part one, what to do while you wait for your plan to arrive.
Here are some things you can do to prepare:-⠀
1. Spend a few days reducing the amount of sugar you consume.⠀
2. Cut down on the amount of caffeine you consume.
3. Increase your water. The better hydrated you are, the better you’ll feel.⠀
4. Cut-out alcohol, it’s only 90 days and you’ll want to eat your calories, not drink them!⠀
5. Start to eating more low carb meals as you’ll be having 1 carb meal after a workout.⠀
6. You’re going to be exercising regularly so make a start by trying the beginner hiit sessions on The Body Coach TV YouTube channel – it’s really important to warm up as well as cool down. And if you ache a little after, make sure you do some stretches and if necessary have a bath with some Epsom salts.⠀
There are lots of us starting together, some of us haven’t done it before, some of us have. Together we CAN do this!
