Limoncello Gin and Tonic Cocktail
My Limoncello Gin and Tonic Cocktail has over the last couple of years become a regular at my own cocktail bar.
There’s no expensive equipment required, only a steady hand! I implore you to try this out before you serve it to guests – it’s only right that you have high quality control standards.
Ingredients for 1 serving
|50 ml||Limoncello (lemon liqueur)|
|75 ml||Tonic Water|
|75 ml||San Pellegrino Limonata|
|75 ml||Cloudy Lemonade|
|50g||Lemon (rind only for decoration)|
- Add the ice to your gin glass and add the Limoncello, gin, tonic water and lemonade.
- Add a sliver of lemon rind to garnish.
- I use a London Dry Gin. Using a gin that has other flavourings other than traditional botanicals will change the flavour of the final drink.
- If you like to use a quality tonic such as Fever-Tree, then consider using their pairing tool to pick the tonic to compliment the gin you plan to use. I’ve included a link below.
